Your 3-Step Experience To ensure we are energetically aligned, every session follows this dedicated protocol: 1. The Alignment Call (15 Minutes): We connect via a scheduled call to establish our heart-connection. We will discuss your intentions and ground our shared energy before the transmission begins. 2. The Scheduled Activation (30 Minutes): At a specific time we have chosen together, you will rest in a quiet, private space. While you sit or lie down in an active state of receiving, I transmit the heart-based activation energy to support your self-healing journey. 3. The Integration Follow-Up (15 Minutes): We will reconnect for a brief debrief to ground the experience. This is a space to discuss what came up during the session and how to integrate the energy into your daily life.
